Dear Potential PHS Girls Basketball Business Sponsors,

Fundraising for the girls basketball teams is essential to the success of the Petaluma High School girls basketball program. Therefore, we are hoping to include the creation of a team banner and a scorer's table with scrolling business logos as a component of the fund raising effort. The banner is impressive with a panoramic picture of each team with sponsors listed prominently below. The scorer's table will have a scrolling screen displaying the sponsoring business' logo. The team's banner is to be placed in the gym to promote the team and offer sponsorship/marketing for area businesses. The team banner and/or logos on the scorer's table screen can be a great source of revenue for the program, while celebrating the girls and promoting local businesses. Following are the important details about this fundraiser request:

We are asking for a sponsorship from local area businesses in the amount of $150.00 per business for the banner only, $150 for the logo on the scorer's table screen only, or $250 for both.

When gaining sponsorship from a business we are requesting a logo/business name that the business would like proudly displayed. This logo/business name should be in a jpg format to provide to Paul Murphy, the photographer creating the banners. We will need the jpg logo emailed asap, so we can get it to the photographer to add to the banner with the team photo. (Please email directly……

We would like sponsorship commitments with logo in jpg. format by Friday, Dec 1st so we can work on getting the logos sent to the photographer asap We are asking for payment (actual check from the business) no later than Monday, Dec. 4th

Checks should be made payable to PHS Girls Basketball. Businesses that sponsor are eligible for a tax deduction for the sponsored amount and would use the following information:

Upon receiving confirmation of the sponsorship commitment and attached jpg logo, I will follow-up to confirm receipt and immediately forward the jpg to the photographer. Payment in the form of a check is due no later than Monday, Dec. 4th. I would be more than happy to pick up payment or it can be mailed directly to me at the address below.
